Project Financing

We negotiate arrangements and prepare contracts for the financing, development and production of motion pictures, television programs and other creative performances.

Such arrangements can have a number of legal components, agreements and inter-party agreements, including those with distributors, senior lenders, mezzanine lenders, completion guarantors and equity investors, among others. They often involve funding and other production incentives from either or both domestic and international sources. Our services include obtaining and perfecting security interests in the projects and in the underlying intellectual property.
